Can it convert scanned PDFs to Word?

Word conversion extracts selectable text. It does not use OCR to recognise text in scans or photos, and the original layout may not be preserved.

What should I know about compression?

Compression renders pages as images to reduce file size. Image quality, selectable text, and existing signatures may change. Keep your original and check the output before using it.

Does a drawn signature verify a document?

No. A placed signature is a visual mark, not identity verification or proof of authenticity. Local signed-page history is only a reference on your device. Check the recipient's requirements before relying on the result.

Does local processing mean no data is collected?

Document processing happens on your device, but advertising, consent, and optional Google Play billing services can process device or usage information. The privacy policy explains these services and your choices.
