1. Acceptance

By using Mi Budget, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Mi Budget may ask you to review and accept updated terms before you continue using the app after a terms update.

2. What Mi Budget is

Mi Budget is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you record and review budgets, transactions, debts, grocery planning, recurring items, notifications, and related insights.

Mi Budget is not a bank, brokerage, lender, accountant, tax adviser, financial planner, or law firm. Content, calculators, summaries, and reminders in the app are provided for general informational use only.

3. License to use the app

Mi Budget grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.
• You are responsible for keeping backup, export, and budget-share files secure if you create them.
• If you share a budget file with a passcode, you are responsible for choosing, storing, and communicating that passcode securely.
• You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Shared budgets, backups, and imports

Mi Budget can create backup files, exports, and Mi Budget budget-share files. Shared budget files are intended to be opened by Mi Budget and can optionally be protected with a passcode before you send them.

You are responsible for the files you choose to create, store, import, or send to other people. Mi Budget and BK Sekulane are not responsible for how those files are handled outside the app after you export them.

6. Ads, purchases, and ad-free access

Mi Budget may display ads. The app also offers a one-time Google Play purchase to remove ads permanently for the relevant Google Play account, subject to Google Play availability, billing rules, and the current app features.

Purchase processing, billing, refunds, and related policies are handled by Google Play and may also be governed by applicable consumer law.

7. Third-party services and links

Mi Budget relies on third-party services such as AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Android system components. The app can also open third-party destinations such as YouTube, Google Play, browser links, email, and phone actions when you choose to do so.

Mi Budget and BK Sekulane do not endorse or guarantee third-party content, services, or statements made outside the app.

8. Availability and changes

Mi Budget may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features, pricing, and ad behavior may change over time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mi Budget is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mi Budget and BK Sekulane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, savings, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to your use of the app.

11. Privacy

Your use of Mi Budget is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version will always show the latest revision date at the top of this page.
